Returns & Cancellation
Effect Pedals
Due to the handmade nature of Menatone pedals, we can not grant refunds on products sold through our online store, you can check with the DEALERS for their policies. If you have any questions about our products, please email us at info@menatone.com before purchasing. Cancellations and returns are for exchange or store credit only. Original Purchase price minus all shipping charges.
Tobacco Pipes
Pipes may be returned for a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchace. Returns must be arranged within 3 days of receiving the pipe, and pipes must be returned in unsmoked, brand new condition. Buyer is responisible for all shipping costs. Refund will be the original purchace price minus shipping charges.
Build Times
Lead times are approximate. Each Menatone pedal is handmade and built to order. While we do strive to uphold the stated build times as much as possible, sometimes, events happen that are beyond our control. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, or just want an update, please feel free to contact us using the form on the contact page of this website! Thank you for your patience.
Warranty
All Menatone pedals include a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Warranty repairs must be accompanied with proof of original
ownership and customer must pay shipping both ways. Repair after Warranty period may require a fee for parts and return shipping but will never include a labor cost to the original owner. Warranty is not transferable.

Domestic Shipping
Menatone uses USPS Priority mail for all domestic shipping.
International Shipping
Menatone uses USPS first class mail for all international shipments. We mark and insure every package for the retail value of all contents--please do not ask us to do any different, as we will not do so.
Privacy
We will not knowingly share any of your data with any other companies. We may email you to let you know about special offers and new products in the works.
